Use the Latest Road Testing Equipments for Best Results

Building road, highways, pavements or something more complicated like an airport runways or taxiways is not something that can be done by ordinary contractors, but by someone who has a lot of experience. In an effort to minimize repair work, many of these works are regularly tested to ensure that they meet regulation standards with specialized road testing equipment.
Multiple Testing Equipments

Regular analysis of the work completed is checked using road testing equipment, and the readouts are then handed over to the supervisors, who will confirm that they meet the set regulations. Some of the equipment used to do this is the light weight deflectometer, falling weight deflectometer, ground penetrating radar equipment, special core drills, etc.

The light weight deflectometer is a portable impulse plate load tester for determining the compaction quality and load bearing capacity of soils and non-cohesive sub-bases.Useful in all types of earth works and ground engineering applications, by determining the dynamic deformation modulus.
Road Maintenance


Another useful equipment for autonomous evaluation of runway conditions with data output provided in standard excel sheets is the falling weight deflectometer. Highly recommended for  highways, local roads, airport pavements, and railway tracks .The FWD is useful for determining the approximate remaining available pavement life before rehabilitation will be required.An impulse plate load is employed simulating traffic loads to the pavement surface and geophone sensors are utilized to record the vertical deflection shape response of the pavement.The data is put in the back calculation software which is then used for determining elastic moduli of pavement layers.
